Wendy -"Wendel, Pepper..."
Me in a paragraph? Well, I arrived in this world naturally caffeinated - no coffee needed - with only two natural speeds: hypermode and off. Often to the frustration of my loved ones, I have my artistic moments; I am also very stubborn, a complete workaholic, love sudoku puzzles, board games, prefer being a night owl, talk too much, am learning to curb my competitiveness, love alone time, a great beer, reading, cooking, traveling, and most important, I care deeply for my family and friends. My husband, animals, and friends keep me sane, inspired, and love me during all of my many moods. I also have the most amazing family, who first helped me to embark on my dream of designing, particularly my parents who believed in me even when I didn't. My sisters are incredible and somehow didn't kill their devious baby sister during childhood (for that I will be forever grateful), and as an adult, I now spend my days living in New York and letting the city inspire me…
Sindia -"Super Star"
Sindia completely lacks the ability to mask her facial expressions which makes every day a fun one. She's quite possibly one of the most steadfast, creative, and genuine people you will ever meet. Don't let her reliable nature fool you though, she's got a devious side that always makes for a great night on the town. She loves red wine, music, the Twilight series (this is where she blushes with no control), spicy food, and most of all, spending time in Brooklyn with her hubby.
George of the Jungle -"Grrrr!"
Say hello to our "George of the Jungle (aka Brooklyn)"... George has the biggest cheeks of any kitty, and he uses them to his full advantage. His striking good looks and pinchable cheeks guarantee he gets his daily fill of attention (which is a TON), and he fully believes that everyone should want to pet him. He has an insatiable appetite, loves sleeping on his dad's head, chasing his string toy, a good belly rub, and TUNA (especially when he steals it from Sindia's lunch)!
Michelle -"Big Red" says it all
Michelle & I grew up together & some things never change. She is naturally brilliant, an intuitive marketer, true friend, amazing mother, and after all these years, still opens her mouth and inserts her foot at the worst moments (another reason we love her). Her animated character never allows for a dull moment. She is a carbohydrate addict, loves Cuban food, the smell of Christmas trees and most of all, the sound of her girls giggling.
Judy -"The Big Dog, Mamasita..."
The big dog - enough said. She's my mother, partner in crime, strongest woman I know, and there will never be enough adjectives... She has an inner optimism and spirit that can't be crushed complimented by an appetite for fun. While there are days we want to throttle each other, there's no denying its because we're so much alike; Unfortunately, I inherited her stubborn nature (still working on that superman strength). She loves Florida, her dogs, a great hamburger (best when paired with beer), and the pitter-patter of her grand-babies.
Eric -"Eeyore, Dr. Iggy..."
Eric is my husband, best friend, and a veterinarian. Despite his medical skills, our kitty, George, has him completely wrapped around his little paw. When we were in college I gave him his nickname, "Eeyore", because of his mellow nature and low voice. Eric is 100% generous (and patient with my many moods), shows traits of being narcoleptic (you think I'm kidding...), loves hot sauce, traveling, sushi, taking pictures, and is more than I can ask for...
