As opposed to surrendering to the Romans, the Jewish people made a bold and memorable choice to commit a mass suicide of over 1000 people in a final stand to avoid slavery or capture. This testament to the strength and character of the Jewish people has made Masada a destination for many people on their religious journeys to pay homage to their ancestors. Product Care High Polish Sterling Silver: Since tarnishing is caused by oxidation of the metal when the silver comes in contact with the air, keep your jewelry in its anti-tarnish bag, or in a fairly airtight container like a velvet-lined jewelry box.
