1. What is an Affiliate or Publishing Program?

Affiliate or Publisher programs are excellent ways to increase your website’s profit potential. Wendy Culpepper, LLC has a complete program of ways to make this possible. We will provide you with various forms of advertising (banner ads, text links, and actual products for your storefront) that you can use on your website. Getting the most revenue from your program will mainly depend upon two things: the traffic you generate to your site, and knowing the preferences of your site’s visitors.

Wendy Culpepper, LLC is proud to use LinkShare Corp. (www.linkshare.com) as its Affiliate or Publisher Provider. LinkShare provides each affiliate partner with its own private interface so you can constantly monitor your monthly statements and the reports that measure impressions, click-throughs, sales and your commissions earned from Wendy Culpepper LLC. All of your information is password protected and neither LinkShare nor Wendy Culpepper LLC collects or tracks any sensitive information such as private data or credit card numbers.

2. Please tell me more about a monthly graduated commission structure?

Wendy Culpepper LLC offers a graduated monthly commission schedule. We believe that our partners who generate the most sales should be rewarded. To that end, our commission period begins each month at 15% and graduates upward, based on increasing dollar sales tiers to a maximum of 25%. Every time your site refers a visitor to Wendy Culpepper LLC and they complete a purchase, you receive a commission on that sale. Frequently, visitors will re-visit our site and purchase during later visit. Wendy Culpepper LLC allows a liberal return visit period of 30 days so that we can be sure to give you credit for the sales that come within that period!

3. How do my site’s visitors and I benefit from participating in this program?

Wendy Culpepper LLC sells only the highest quality, handcrafted designer jewelry. These pieces are not knock-offs, imitations, or cheap copies of other designers’ work. Discerning customers know the difference and appreciate knowing the designs they purchase through your site are authentic and genuine.

4. Will becoming an affiliate-publisher cost me anything?

6. Can I sign up more than one of my websites?

Yes, when you are a member of LinkShare, you will have one convenient account that will include all of your LinkShare publisher sites. LinkShare provides tracking for each site in one easy location.

7. How do I sign up and become an affiliated partner?

8. Are there any restrictions on my website’s general content?

Usually, your website will qualify to be a partner with Wendy Culpepper LLC. Every one is encouraged to submit an application. We do reserve the right to refuse an application or to revoke a partnership at anytime if we believe the site contains objectionable content of any kind, including illegal activities or pornography. We will also monitor partner sites for any evidence of unethical web marketing practices including, but not limited to, cookie or keyword stuffing, bidding on the trademarked terms of others, or overwriting links.

9. Could you explain how I create links?

10. Do I have to create my own content or is it provided to me?

Wendy Culpepper LLC has everything you need! Simply download to your site the logos, photos, graphics, and product descriptions you plan to use on your site. You find everything you need on the LinkShare site in the “Create Links” section. Additionally, should you need customized links, those can be created for you. Just ask us!

11. Will I be able to see how much I have sold and earned?

Absolutely. LinkShare is the leader in managing web partnership programs and each day creates reports you can access. You can see at a glance the orders placed, impressions, the click-through, shipments, and the commissions you have earned.

12. When will I be paid?

We will pay you on all net sales based on the amount of net revenue achieved in a given month. There is no minimum payment. The current Commission fee schedule is graduated and one of the most liberal in the industry. See the Terms and Agreement within LinkShare for complete details and how you can get started today.

13. Please explain how we handle product returns?

Whenever a purchaser returns an item to us for a refund, or should a credit card charge be reversed due to a dispute or to actual credit card fraud, your account will receive a debit reversing that former commission earned on that transaction or applicable portion of that transaction.

14. How will you be able to tell if an order came from my site?

When you become a LinkShare Publisher or Affiliate with Wendy Culpepper LLC, your site will generate an identifier that is unique to your website. When a visitor to your site comes to Wendy Culpepper through your site and makes a purchase, LinkShare tracks that activity for you making our partnership possible.

15. Do specials and promotions affect my commission?

Affiliates do not earn commissions on Non-Affiliate(Publisher) specials and promotions. Non-Affiliate (Publisher) promotions include the following:

a. Purchases made using offers not provided to you by Wendy Culpepper LLC or found on the LinkShare site.
b. Purchases made using a promotion code from a Non-Affiliate (Publisher) or a private discount code.
c. Purchases with a promotional code supplied to existing Wendy Culpepper Customers receiving an email promotion from Wendy Culpepper LLC.
