Dark smokey quartz paired with sunny garnet or intense red garnet with warm and feminine pink tourmaline semi precious stones adorn a 1” chain that gently moves and swings while anchored by an elegant small fiore shape. The Single Iris Swing earrings embrace the curved lines of the Fiore Collection and add sprinkling of deep, rich color that will modernize any look and style.

The Fiore Collection comes from the inspiration I received in Florence, Italy. Florence was the city that gave me the opportunity to fully embrace art. I pursued drawing, painting, sculpture, and most importantly, I was introduced to jewelry. One of the most captivating features of the city is the architecture adorned with such precise and beautiful detail. A prominent symbol is the Florentine version of the "fleur-de-lis," which inspired my flower ('fiore') collection with similar clean, yet bold design elements. By giving the silver a high polish, I was able to demonstrate the pure reflectivity of the metal, which I feel brings out the full essence of the pieces. Conversely, the matte finish of the gold softens the look with a balance of color and texture.

Since tarnishing is caused by oxidation of the metal when the silver comes in contact with the air, keep your jewelry in its anti-tarnish bag, or in a fairly airtight container like a velvet-lined jewelry box. Also, your natural body oils will help keep the jewelry clean so remember to wear it!! Don’t leave it out on a nightstand to tarnish. If the jewelry does begin to tarnish, lightly scrub the surface with a thick paste of baking soda and water using a soft bristled toothbrush. If the tarnish is more severe, try a silver cleaner like Wright's Silver Polish or a silver dip remembering to avoid stones such as turquoise and garnet to protect their luster.
