Thank you for your wonderful years of support. After much thought and consideration, I will miss design, but I am still doing custom pieces and look forward to my next exciting adventure. At this time, I will be moving to my next phase in life and no longer selling my jewelry.

The Surge has a special story for me. I originally drew the sterling silver earrings and matching necklace while I was studying design years ago. I never made them in metal, but I always remembered how I had been inspired by a surge of electricity. When one of the girls at work saw the drawing and brought it to my attention, I thought the Ignite charity collection was the perfect time and theme for me to finally bring this jewelry to life.

“Ignite Change” for charity – need we say more? Ignite is a collection all about giving back. We want to continue our efforts of supporting charities by donating 15% of the proceeds of each piece from this collection directly to charity. Three main charities currently benefit from the “Ignite Change” campaign, and we look forward to adding more in the future. Since tarnishing is caused by oxidation of the metal when the silver comes in contact with the air, keep your jewelry in its anti-tarnish bag, or in a fairly airtight container like a velvet-lined jewelry box. Also, your natural body oils will help keep the jewelry clean so remember to wear it!! Don’t leave it out on a nightstand to tarnish. If the jewelry does begin to tarnish, lightly scrub the surface with a thick paste of baking soda and water using a soft bristled toothbrush. If the tarnish is more severe, try a silver cleaner like Wright's Silver Polish or a silver dip remembering to avoid stones such as turquoise and garnet to protect their luster.
